Signmark may be offered as an early access / waitlist product. Features may change, be added, removed, or delayed. We may provide access to some users before others.

If you submit your email and website to join the waitlist or create an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity performed under your account (if/when accounts are enabled).

You agree not to:
• use the Service unlawfully or in violation of applicable regulations
• attempt to access or probe our systems without authorization
• interfere with the operation or security of the Service
• reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service without permission
• use the Service to violate the rights of others

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Poland, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
